Cybersecurity will be a hot topic at CES.

With the rise of the TecHome, there has been an equal rise in cybersecurity concerns and an emphasis on how to protect connected homes and devices from outside threats. CES will continue this discussion by featuring multiple home security companies, their latest innovations, as well as introducing options specifically designed for this new age of cybersecurity.

“Expect a lot of big things coming out of CES, especially in security,” says Tom Few, vice president of Vivint, a manufacturer of smart home security systems.

With virtual reality, audio, security and more set to take off at CES this week, the future is looking bright for smart home technology. And the industry as a whole is only getting brighter by the day.
