Home Control Systems are Key in Kevin Durant’s Penthouse

This NBA star’s former abode boasts full home automation, lighting solutions and a home theater.

Bot not even that could keep the Oklahoma City Thunder player Kevin Durant in Miami. Like Lebron, he’s moved on and sold the luxurious penthouse for $3.15 million.

Now, anyone can rent it for a whopping cost of $20,000 a month. It’s a high price, but this 3,793-square-foot apartment features three bedrooms, four-and-a-half-bathrooms, private elevator and a five-seat home theater.

It is equipped with the latest in home control systems from Creston as well as lighting solutions and shade control from Lutron and Somfy, respectively.
