Taylor Morrison’s Interactive Home 2.0 exudes brilliance through every element within its walls, which earned the project two honors at the inaugural TecHome Brilliance Awards.

Interactive Home 2.0 took home a pair of trophies for “Standout Community” and “Top Overall Pick” from the flagship awards program, which took place at the TecHome Builder Summits last December.

“This takes Taylor Morrison homeownership to the next level,” says Jim Ellison, vice president of sales and marketing for the builder’s Houston division. “The Interactive Home 2.0 is a compelling look into the future of homebuilding, showcasing integrated, state-of-the-art technology that seamlessly elevates everyday life.”

Taylor Morrison Builds for Boomers’ “Next Adventure”

The product features Intuity Home Intelligence, an intuitive home automation system by Legrand. The system uses an in-wall interface and applications for tablets and mobile devices. Through this platform, users can effortlessly control their comfort, security, lighting and entertainment options within the home.

These increased capabilities of the Interactive Home 2.0 model were made available to the Taylor Morrison Houston market in March of 2016.
