Boston, MA. – Jan 3, 2023 – AE Ventures has hired Bob Fields as the new Director of Industry Relations.
AE Ventures is pleased to announce the appointment of Bob Fields as Director of Industry Relations. In this role, Bob will secure, maintain and grow relationships with top homebuilding and multifamily companies and help them make extraordinary progress on home technology, digital transformation and innovation.
A skilled communicator and connector, Bob brings a unique and diverse set of business, people, and development skills to the company, earned through experience across industries including consumer electronics, smart home, manufactured housing, recreational vehicle and the automotive aftermarket.
Most recently, Bob served as GM & CEO of Hibersense, a startup that developed advanced residential HVAC systems that resolve room-by-room temperature imbalances, improve occupant comfort and reduce energy usage. He’s also an active member of the Consumer Technology Association and currently serves as vice chair of the Smart Home Division.
In addition, Bob is a past Commander and serves on the Executive Committees of both the American Legion Post 215 and the USS Will Rogers Veterans Association.
