KB Home will now include the Carrier Côr Wi-Fi thermostat as a standard in all newly-opened communities in 2016. It’s a decision the company made based on consumer needs and expectations.

“KB Home made the decision to include the Carrier Côr thermostat based on the device’s ability to help homeowners save energy, money on utility bills, as well as maximizing their convenience and comfort,” says Jacob Atalla, VP of sustainability at KB.

It was also chosen for its ease-of-use and integration, according to Atalla.
