Modular Show Home Focuses on Green Tech at IBS 2016

Seeing is believing, and at the International Builders Show (IBS) builders will have a chance to see a unique, modular home built on connected and efficient technology.

Ark, a California modular builder, was chosen to build this year’s model show home. The home was chosen for its use of sustainable building practices and energy-efficient technologies and appliances.

Ark’s home automation platform controls the integrated audio, video and security systems as well as the mechanical HVAC systems.

Modular building has gained popularity due to reduced building times, and Ark is showcasing its benefits at IBS.
