Anya’s focus will be on the digital marketing and sales universe of technologies and techniques that homebuilders can use to optimize sales and provide excellent service for their buyers. She has been a strong thought leader in the industry, hosting a top-rated podcast called New Construction Marketing. She brings her wealth of knowledge stemming from her experience in the industry as an award-winning real-estate professional and consultant.
“I bring a unique perspective to homebuilders since I’ve been on both sides of a transaction-I’ve represented builders and homebuyers, so I understand the pain points and challenges for both sides. I’ve also experienced first-hand the benefits of adopting technology and how it can drastically improve not only builder operations but also buyer experience.”
Anya has been part of past TecHome Builder Summits and served as Solutions Track Moderator for sessions at the 2019 Summit in DC. Most recently, she served as Solution Track Chair for September and February TecHome Builder Online Summits.
