John Galante
John Galante is president of AE Ventures, producers of the TecHome Builder Summits. Prior to founding AE Ventures, Galante headed EH Media’s events division and contributed to development of its publications and online media. At EH, he launched the award-winning Electronic House Expos and the Worship Facilities Conference & Expo, and launched the CE Pro and TecHome Builder media brands as editor. Before joining EH, Galante was with the Consumer Technology Association (CTA), where he managed the Integrated Home Systems, Video and Accessories Divisions. He also served the Security Industry Association as executive director and Reed Exhibition Companies in event business development positions. In the association realm, Galante spearheaded the founding of the Distributed Audio Alliance and the Consortium for Electronic Systems Technician Training, served as a director of CTA’s TechHome Division and, in 2001, was named the Home Automation & Networking Association’s industry leader of the year.

Dan Fulmer
Dan Fulmer is president and founder of Fultech Solutions Inc., a residential and commercial systems integration firm headquartered in Jacksonville, FL. He has more than 25 years of computer automation and control experience, and more than 23 years in the home automation industry. He holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida, where he studied computer science and environmental engineering.
Fulmer served as the 2013-2014 CO-Chair and 2015-2017 Chairman of the Consumer Technology Association’s SmartHome® Division Board and has served as a director since 2003. In addition, he serves on several committees including CTA’s Tech and Standards Committee, giving recommendations and developing industry standards. He received CTA’s Leadership Award in 2017.

Mike Grubb
Mike has more than 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the consumer electronics industry, bringing his vast knowledge and relationships within the integration channels to support their growth. Mike has been a leader in the commercial and residential markets developing programs, managing teams, architecting and executing sales and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining Luxul, Mike held leadership roles with prominent CI focused manufacturers. His grassroots experience as a Managing Partner of an integration firm in Southern California really allows him to connect with the needs of the integration companies and the individuals who are the heartbeat of the business.

Joe Lautner
For over 15 years Joe Lautner has been at the forefront of the Connected Home space developing, marketing and selling IoT platforms before the term was coined. Joe helps builders of custom, production and MDU homes develop connected home strategies for their developments. Joe is past Chairman and board member of Smart Home Board of the Consumer Technology Association and an advocate for professionally installed connected home market.
